OUR ACTIVITIES
ZEN PRACTICE
On Mondays from 6.00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10.30 AM. This practice includes all forms of Zen: sitting, walking, chanting and moving.
CEREMONIES
Besides the customary ceremonies such as Sutra recitation, we hold special celebrations, like the Precepts ceremony, Buddha's birthday, Buddha's Enlightenment Day, home purification, and memorial service.

RETREATS
Retreats allow us to deepen the Zen practice and to cultivate the spirit of Sangha (purity, harmony). Retreats are ideal for those who want to experience a full training, putting aside the worldly concerns to share the silence.
DHARMA SCHOOLS
A full program at a medium term, developed to train Zen students, which covers all essential aspects of the Buddha's teachings. It includes the basics in theory and practice, meditation and precepts, along the years. The aim of this Dharma school is to educate the future Dharma Instructors, so they can be the propagators of the Buddha’s teachings in years to come.
DHARMA SCHOOL ONLINE
Students all over the world can access the Dharma school online, with real time interviews once a week and email Q&A three times a week. CD’s with study materials are sent on request.
CLASSES AND SEMINARS
Eastern healing arts, the basics, including massage, self massage, ear acupressure, moxibustion and cupping. Weekly classes.
PUBLIC TALKS
We travel anywhere there is a group of people interested on the Buddha's teachings. Just send us an email to coordinate the logistics.
